Each offering from Rare Elements is prepared with intention, ritual, and care. Once a piece leaves our space, it has already been claimed in energy and cannot be returned.

All Sales Are Final

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed

  • This applies to all items, including potions, oils, sprays, powders, candles, and ritual goods

Please choose thoughtfully. If you have questions about an item, we encourage you to ask before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives broken or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Our creations are not mass-produced. They are curated, handled, and released with purpose. Once released, they are no longer ours to call back.
