Every order from Rare Elements is prepared with intention and released when ready.

Carrier & Method

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (3-Day).

Free shipping is offered on all U.S. orders of $100 or more.
Orders under $100 ship at the rate shown at checkout.

Processing & Release

Orders are processed after payment is received. Please allow time for preparation before shipment, as items are curated and packaged with care.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has entered transit.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Rare Elements is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delays, Loss, or Delivery Issues

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, Rare Elements is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or delivery issues. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact USPS directly.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:
